Roughness Relief Lotion

Bodywash and other strong treatment for KP aka chicken skin I have really really really bad KP aka chicken skin on my whole arms, whole legs. I was genetically born with it since both my mom and my grandpa had KP as well. However, my condition is much much worse compared to them. Any recommendations

What do you feel mixing the two Eucerin lotions does better than, say, just the Roughness Relief on its own? I own the Roughness Relief and really like it! I definitely should look into the foot repair cream when I have some cash again.

I have a mild form of kp and chemical exfoliator (Isntree clear skin AHA) followed with Eucerin 10 urea lotion (in the US it should be the roughness relief lotion) helped a ton.

What is dry brushing? And what kinds of goop do you recommend? So far I've used Eucerin Roughness Relief twice a day and it didn't really do a whole lot after two or three months, so I fell out of it.
